Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to arrive.

Notes:

1. After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs some time to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

2. The estimated delivery window is based on historical data, including data regarding when most orders were delivered. In most cases, the package should be delivered within the estimated delivery window. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions, processing delays, carrier delays, and other factors. The delivery time frame will be longer for orders that include preorder and/or customized items. Additionally, during peak periods and sales campaigns, delivery may take longer. Delivery may also take longer to rural areas. Trivio Studio Marketplace orders may be processed and/or shipped by a third party seller, and not by Trivio Studio Delivery of Marketplace orders may take longer. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate estimated delivery date. Please continue to check the tracking information to be notified of any delays.

3. If you find that your package has not been delivered within the estimated time, please contact customer service within 45 days of the payment date so that the aforementioned issues can be addressed. Please note that: 1) If the tracking information indicates your package has been delivered but you have not received it, or 2) Your package includes missing/incorrect items or other logistics issues, you should contact us within 45 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information page. 4. Please click the "Confirm Delivery" button within 6 months (from the date of shipment). After that, the button will turn gray and cannot be used to get additional points.

5. The free On-Time Delivery service entitles you to shipping reimbursement if your order doesn't arrive by the estimated date . Please refer to On-Time Delivery Terms and Conditions for more details.

6. Products will be shipped from different warehouses based on optimal inventory allocation. Each warehouse may have different shipping fees and free shipping policies, allowing you to make flexible purchases according to your needs. On the checkout page, you will see the shipping fee for each warehouse as well as the total shipping cost, making it easy for you to clearly understand the final shipping and fee details.

Canceling items might affect your order's eligibility for free shipping. If, after cancellation, your order no longer meets the criteria for free shipping, you will be required to pay the applicable shipping fee.

RETURN POLICY


Items must be returned in new, unused, and undamaged condition, and in the original packaging (including all accessories, manuals, and parts included).

Items must be returned no less than 5 days of delivery date.
